The Needs of Each Individual
On December 6th, 2024, I started to explain what my explanation was for the plan to counterattack the problem of the lack of physical activity among the school-aged children here in Malabar, Arima, Trinidad and Tobago.
I reached where I was beginning to describe the needs of the individual. Here, we will just be considering the need to be physically fit.
Everyone has different physical activity needs simply because our lives are not all the same.
By this, I mean we don't all engage in the same activities on any given day. Our jobs, hobbies, programs, etc. are not all the same, so in effect our needs, as far as the different activities we engage in on a daily basis vary from individual to individual.
We are not all the Same
Some people choose activities which would cause their bodies to expend calories rapidly, for example bicycle riding, because they need to have strong cardiovascular fitness in order to carry out their jobs, hobbies and their own choices are concerned.
So, for this initiative we are concerned with here, we will be more or less targeting the person with average physical activity needs.
It is generally agreed that the diet that caters to the use of 2000 calories a day is for the average person.
Basic Exercise and Dance Routines
We will therefore, be choosing activities to cater to that individual, be it male or female.
This present article is focussed on 🔥 the physical activity of the keep-fit club in particular where we will most likely be in an enclosedarea possibly doing basic exercise and dance routines to music, definitely at faster sipeeds . The sessions can range from 20 - 30 minutes depending on the fitness of each member. Even though the session can run nonstop for its entire duration, it is advisable to schedule breaks in between since not everyone will want to go nonstop.
The exercise routines will, first of all, be aimed at meeting all the components of fitness necessary for good health. Therefore, they will be combined in any routine to cater to flexibility needs, strength needs, balance needs, etc. Even though the pace of the musical accompaniment will vary, the goal will always be to generate faster movement from our charges.The ideal situation would be to get each keep-fit club member following all the instructions and being able to concentrate on not only the activity, but also their individual goals. The main purpose of starting this initiative is to motivate the nation's school-aged children, to not only take responsibility or ownership of their lives, but to be able to show that responsibility through their joining the Keep-fit clubs and other Health Drive Activities being consistent in applying the knowledge, skills, and attitudes on offer in the clubs.
Conclusion
My home in La Croix Trace has the perfect location for the people of Malabar to access as their headquarters for what will soon be transformed into the 'Malabar Youth Movement's Headquarters for all its activities. The 🔥 ♥️ 💕 of the Keep-fit Club, in particular, will hasten the arrival of the Chosen One back to the way it was meant to be.
